The Client Services unit is responsible for the success of our advertising customers' communication activities.

Media Sales provides top-of-the-line key account management, exclusively to our partners in media agencies.

And Media Supply is the internal interface that handles the preparation and implementation of customized, efficient and creative offers. Always supported by the full media power of the Hubert Burda Media group.


The centrally managed unit serves as the group's interface to BCN's close to 3,000 customers. Munich-based Client Services is divided into eight teams, according to business segments. The 30-people unit is headed by Managing Director Andreas Schilling and Deputy Director Julia Meinhold.

Each segment team is managed by a Head of Client Services.


A highly professional and effective unit, established to cooperate with media agencies and headed by Director Michael Fischer: Media Sales is structured regionally with offices at the four agency locations Munich/Stuttgart, Düsseldorf, Hamburg/Berlin and Frankfurt.

Each agency team is managed by a Head of Media Sales based in the respective region.


The central interface between the Hubert Burda Media's diverse media offerings on the one hand and customers and agency partners on the other: Media Supply headed by Director Thomas Bily is responsible for preparing and implementing creative and efficient cross-media offers.
